Cancellations

As soon as you are aware that you are unable to make your reservation, please use the Modify or Cancel my booking button, which you will find in your confirmation.  Alternatively, please call us on +30 26710 31070.

No Shows

If for any reason you did not show up for your reservation, we will make contact with you, to ensure that everything is in order and no error has been made.

Late Arrivals

Please be aware, that if you are late for your reservation, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to hold your table for you. Therefore, please contact the restaurant as soon as possible on +30 26710 31070 if you are going to be late, and we will do our best to help.

Front-Terrace Tables (Premium Seating)

Please be aware that tables on the ‘Front of Terrace’ are defined as our premium tables.  Unless a guest specifies otherwise, these are allocated to our guests on a first-come, first-serve basis.  You may specifically request these tables in your booking notes. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Large Groups

Under normal circumstances, our online booking system will automatically confirm parties of 7 or less people, where we have availability.  For parties of 8 or more, we will first need to check to see if we can accommodate your party, so you will not receive instant confirmation.  If we are unable to accommodate your request, we will notify you of this by email, and ask you if you would like an alternative date/time.
