terms & conditions.

Please read these booking conditions carefully as they form the basis of your contract with Olive Lounge Restaurant and Bar.

Making a booking

When making a booking or booking enquiry you accept that any special requests cannot be guaranteed due to various factors such as availability of tables, dates, party sizes, etc.

Your responsibility for your booking

By making a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old at the time of booking and are authorised to make the booking. It is your responsibility as the party leader to ensure that the other party members are aware of, and agree to comply with, these booking conditions where applicable.

If you want to change your booking

If you wish to change your booking in any way after it has been confirmed, we will do our utmost to make these changes, but it may not always be possible to do so. Any request for changes to be made must be from the person who made the booking.

Please contact the restaurant so that we can see if we can accommodate your request, either by telephone or email.

If you want to cancel your booking

If you reserved your table online, you can cancel your reservation via the booking function on the website. Simply search using the email address you used and it will show your current booking. You can then cancel it as necessary.

If you made your reservation over the telephone or in person, please call the restaurant as soon as possible. During busy times, or if the restaurant is not currently open, it may not be possible to answer your call, so please send us an email to: [email protected]

If we change or cancel your booking

It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your confirmed booking or cancel it, however, occasionally, we may have to make changes after bookings have been confirmed. Whilst we always endeavour to avoid making changes and cancellations, we must reserve the right to do so.

If we cancel or make a change to your booking, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible via the method in which you booked originally.

Deposits for exclusive use events
